The main duties:
• Coordination between the construction site and the Department of transit
and transport.
• Monitoring (tracking) of material from the departure place (seller) to the arrival
to the site.
• Study and treatment of interfaces between the site and the transit department.
• Reception of products: Unloading, identification, quantitative and
qualitative controls.
• Implementation, monitoring, development, organization and storage at the store.
• Sending of products: Orders preparing, packaging and packing, order forms
and delivery notes, drawing up of documents related to loading, removal
or sending.
• Supervision of store equipments inventory operations.
• Computerized keeping and managing of stock management: Recording of
all incoming and outgoing products, replenishment, return operations
(customers and suppliers) and reintegration inventories...
