I have accumulate more then 10 years experience as an end-to-end Integration Engineer, of which 5 years are at Ericsson Tunisia. My work has mainly been focused on Intelligent Network domain in the Telecom management Solutions in which I have been particularly assigned in the solution installation, configuration, integration and handover to support.
I started my career with TMI (SUN partner in Tunisia) for more then 5 years as SUN System Integration and Support Engineer, I delivered many successfully project during that period as Network security project, Data Centre solution, banking Solution …
Finally, in 2005 I moved as a Solution Integrator within ERICSSON mainly in the Charging System and Prepaid Solution, in parallel I provided 1st level support for the same solution, I delivered more then 10 successful customer projects and I have been assigned during pre-sales, establishment, realisation and handover project phases (TG1 - TG5). I started my experience by the installing of an IMS demo system during the world submit, after that I moved to the Mediation domain during EMM upgrade project and finally I worked since 2007 on Charging System domain as integration engineer.
I am Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, very organized, works well under pressure and within deadlines, able to handle several tasks simultaneously. I enjoy working with people, perform under minimum supervision and demonstrate a high degree of initiative and judgment, with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
