    2014 - 2016 Managed 3 of the agency's largest accounts, serving as the liaison between agency staff, client marketing teams, and outsourced vendors. Collaborated with clients from concept to production and launch of print, web, and social media campaigns that meet client expectations. Adhered to budgets and communicated updates to clients.

    Clichy 2013 - 2013 Purchasing Management:
    • Conducted trade negotiations with suppliers (Warner Home Video, Universal StudioCanal Video, Paramount Home Entertainement, Fox Pathé Europa...) on products implementation within the 26 stores.
    • Assessed objectives and ordered new products.

    Sales monitoring and stocks management:
    • Ensured sales follow-ups and analyzed the promotional campaigns performance with the Category Manager.
    • Responsible for inventory replenishment.

    Managed and updated the database on a daily basis.

    Generated a weekly newsletter about the company selling performance (DVD & Blu-Rays) addressed to the Product Department and sales teams.
  • Atout France USA, Los Angeles - Trade Marketing Assistant

    Paris 2012 - 2012 Event Marketing:
    • Provided support for the organization of French Affairs (Austin, TX), international trade show between tourism French professionals and American tour operators (150 participants): registration of participants, creation of the event catalog, selection of gifts, emailing, direct marketing and telephone follow-ups, hotel reservations, website management...

    • On-site support: in charge of welcoming and assisting the participants in the hotel ; organized the activities (games, Gala dinner) in collaboration with the hotel staff and the Atout France team, prepared trade show booths.

    CRM:
    • Monitored the France certification program for American travel agents.

    • Updated the CRM database on a daily basis (50,000 professional contacts)

    What is French Affairs ?
    A two-day meeting between French suppliers and U.S. tour operators selling France as a travel destination. Launched in 2003, the annual French Affairs has attracted over 100 U.S. tour operators each year, and considered a "must" in the travel industry.
