Everwood (Saint Quentin En Yvelines) (2012-2017):
Upgrating of the second Credit Agricole SA's campus.
Goal: making a second campus as innovant as Evergreen, allowing performance and well being at work

o CASA's Top management advices on real estate strategic decisions in Saint Quentin En Yvelines
o CASA's Top management presentation for decisions (Chief executive and Human Resources Director)
o Global project management : Project structuration, Project official Launching, Setting of the change management methodology
• Evergreen's learning centre setting management (2012)
o Project global management on every subjects: budget, space planning, building, communication, human resources, logistics, security, organization
o Mutualization: setting of harmonized process and procedures, rules (for all learning managers and staff)
o Relevant facility management's implementation, conflicts of interest/politics management between all stakeholders of Crédit Agricole SA, sensitive because of the implementation of MUST project ("Mutualisation Synergie, Transervalité") at the same time
Contribution to the arrival of CAL&F, the third CASA's subsidiary joining Evergreen (2nd step of the Evergreen Project)
