    - Planning, formulation and analysis of new formulation of Silicones Heat Cure Rubber (HCR) to study the relationship between the structures of HCR and their dynamical properties
    Key achievements:
    - Re-thinking and re-approaching the formulation;
    - Mastery of the formulation of Silicones elastomer with the prerequisite apparatus;
    - Analysis and interpretation of mechanical and dynamical properties of all materials studied;
    - Selecting key parameters and setting up new procedures for the newly acquired apparatus: the Dynamical Mechanical Analyser (DMA) to study the dynamical properties;
    - Meeting with the supplier 01db-Metravib for the DMA to solve initial usage challenges and a rheology expert to critique results achieved;
    - Identification and reporting of key strengths and weaknesses of DMA apparatus for Bluestar Silicones;
    - Studies and reports presented to Management and R&D centre.

    Paris 2007 - 2008 Key responsibilities:
    - Pharmaceutical analysis GMP laboratory (raw and finished product, intermediate synthesis);
    - Development of chromatographic method UPLC;
    - Critical analysis of own results: following the GLP, QA and standard;
    - Fast mastery of the apparatus (use and troubleshooting) and software;
    - Well done, fast and complete analysis (HPLC, GC, CCM, Karl fisher, IC, GPC, …);
    - Meeting the pilot deadlines.

    Key achievements:
    - Successful development of a new chromatographic method:
    - Relation with the supplier of the UPLC to resolve usage challenges;
    - Setting up of all the methods available (key parameters);
    - Improvement of the best method until usable for the laboratory and production;
    - Significant reduction in time taken (typically reduced by a factor of 5), cost and components required to analyse products in development;
    - Meeting the pilot deadlines;
    - Work in team: To know when to ask for help, helping the others, best way to finish well and quickly, be sure everything is GMP/QA;
    - Progress report and presentation.

    2006 - 2006 The Metalor Group (Powder metallurgy) is based in Switzerland with subsidiaries in 15 countries over the world. The company is composed by four divisions: Refining, watches and jewelry, advanced and coating and electrotechnics.

    - Quality Control of finished materials and validation for the use of raw materials;
    - Setting up a Quality Assurance process.
    Key achievements:
    - Knowledge of the powder metallurgy: production and analysis ;
    - Quality Control and approval passed (density, Hardness, laser diffraction,...);
    - Achieved change in process with a long established workforce in a foreign environment;
    - Setting up a quality control process to track customer’s raw materials through to completion of analysis to ensure feedback to customer on results and impact of raw materials and process followed: discussion with the technician and the employer;
