I've started as a developer, I've then continued mostly in requirements management:
- Functional specifications writing and developers team support
- Functionalities traceability follow up to ensure the client perimeter
- Validation
My role has then expanded to PMO / project manager activities:
- Follow up of: budgets, schedules, risks, margins, and every teams actions to reach our commitments
- Coordination with some teams, partners and suppliers
- Processes creation to maximise productivity
- Communication and reporting to teams, cients and hierarchy
I've worked somes years for Orange and Schneider in international contexts.
I've always been interested in setting up transversal activities to ensure communication between teams, knowledge
sharing and a good cohesion (projects presentations, project and requirements management community, teambuilding,..)
