Consultant since 2007, I have helped companies through organisational change:
Assisting implementation of project and portfolio management;
Helping an expertise centre to deliver change management on a day to day basis;
Identifying risks to be managed in an organisation and recommending to carry out controls;
Advising on deployment of an internal control approach throughout an organisation;
Helping to implement processes, developing collective ownership for an action plan; and
Facilitating steering committees, workshops, building and analysing surveys.
