I am an accomplished technical project manager with strong system architecture experience. I started my career as a System Integration Engineer, working on high performance guidance systems. After developing my understanding of the design, test and manufacturing of complex systems, I turned to pre-sales activities. In this role I was required to write technical offers, quotations and scheduling to satisfy a variety of international customers. During this period, I was also managing the manufacturing follow-up team, thereby developing solid people and project management experience. In order to increase my involvement in international projects I moved away from military applications to work on a civilian project within a European Consortium and took the lead role for Sagem's research and technology activities on highly integrated electrical actuator systems for commercial aircraft. I built a technical team of 10 people from scratch and am now managing projects worth over €3m with an average of 16 000 hours per year.

  • Sagem - Head of R&T Development Unit - Flight Control Systems

    PARIS 2014 - maintenant My role is to manage the whole Flight Control Systems R&T activities. As Head of the Development Unit, I manage teams on several locations (~30 people), I assume the annual global budget (~10m€) and the main milestones. I still have the responsibility of establishing R&T Road map in collaboration with the R&T director.

  • Sagem DS - Technical project manager

    2011 - maintenant Flight control Systems - Electical actuators
    My role is to contribute to Sagem road-map on Electro-Mechanical Actuators (EMA) for flight control systems by developing innovative demonstrators in accordance with technical and business bjectives.
    As R & T Project Manager, I define solutions in term of architecture and innovative design, I lead actions and take the appropriate decisions to achieve the objectives in terms of content, quality, time and cost.
    I am currently leading a demonstrator project for the European Commission, and two demonstrators for Airbus France and Airbus Bremen.

  • Sagem DS - Guidance System - Pre-sales and Manufacturing Support

    2008 - 2011 I had two roles during this period. I supported the program in writing technical bid proposals for guided systems projects and I managed the team in charge of manufacturing support.

  • Sagem DS - Guidance System - System Integration Engineer

    2004 - 2006 As a System Integration Engineer, my role was to supervise the integration, qualification and industrialisation phases of guidance systems prototypes and to prepare for serial production.
