    MT GUI is a C software framework enabling the creation of visually appealing, hardware independent GUIs for embedded systems. The system on which MT GUI framework was developed, tested and used includes a NIOS II CPU, the D/AVE 2D GPU from TES Electronic Solutions and an LCD touch screen.

    Project_2: Three Phase Mobile Meter Tester (LittleBee) {
    LittleBee is an on-site measuring instrument for testing three-phase meters and for power quality measurement. It is equipped with an LCD screen for displaying measured values, vector diagrams for currents and voltages, bar graphs for harmonics...
    The system is based on an Altera FPGA Cyclone IV, Altera DE2-115 developement kit embedding the soft core NIOS II (+ many others IP) connected to (using I2C bus) a daughter board that contains an LCD touch screen and the different IC (touch screen controller, humidity/temperature sensor, ambient light sensor, battery charger controller... which are controlled via the micro-controller PIC18LF45K22).
