My function:
- Organize and schedule operations preventive / corrective maintenance and monitoring implementation.
- Develop or upgrade lines, the procedures of maintenance.
- Ensure compliance of procedures and operation of equipment, materials and
amenities
- Identify technical solutions to improve equipment, facilities (receptions,
testing, testing, adjustment, ...)
- Identify technical solutions to improve equipment, materials and facilities
(quality, cycles, security ...)
- Develop balance maintenance (cost, time, ...), identify and recommend changes and
improvements
- Identify and recommend changes and improvements (organizations, tools,
materials, ...)
- Advise and provide technical support to staff and managers of production workshops.
- Monitor and update technical information, regulatory.
- Monitor performance indicators: MTTR, MTBF, TRS, TRP, MU
