As a Process Engineer at EPPM I am in charge of developping conceptual, FEED and detail engineering in Oil and gas, water treatment and chemical process. I am familiar with Natural Gas and Crude Oil processing including gas compression, sweetening (Amine processes), dehydration (Glycol and solid desiccant processes), LPG fractionation, dew pointing, crude oil separation, condensate stabilization, crude oil storage, water treatment process (skimmer, filtration, coalescence...), good knowledge of production process of sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and nitric acid...., hydraulic calculation of pipeline
Experience in process engineering activities includes conceptual studies, feasibility studies, preparation of Design Basis and Design Philosophies, process simulation, preparation of Heat & Material (H&M) balances, preparation of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), preparation of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), preparation of operating manuals, hydraulic calculation, thermal and hydrate inhibition analysis, thermal design of shell & tube
heat exchangers, two and three phases separators sizing, TEG dehydration & Amine sweetening units sizing (including regeneration units), process data sheets for static and
rotating equipment / packages, conceptual equipment layouts, design of relief, vent and flare systems etc...
Familiar with industry standards such as API, NORSOK, TEMA, NFPA, ENI etc. and with the Shell Design Engineering Practices (DEPs).
Software exposure includes Aspen HYSYS,PIPESIS PIPESIM, OLGA & PVT Sim, Aspen HTFS+, HTRI Suite, Aspen FlareNet,
