After a master’s degree from a higher education institute of engineering in France, I worked as a site manager for an international company. I was in charge of turnkey projects, for public and private clients.
My position was very educative and complete, with a large autonomy to face and succeed many projects with essential financial results, contributing to the overall business strategy.
I am used to manage many projects at the same time (5 to 10), with a large diversity of costs (from 30,000 to 2 million euros), and with 15 people on average under my responsibility.
This experience allows me to work with autonomy, under high-pressure, with strong organizational skills and a developed awareness of financial results. Moreover, I am able to lead teams to success in large projects, and to take care of a client portfolio to win their loyalty.

  • ADP Ingénierie - Project Manager

    2016 - maintenant Project Manager on strategic developments for Ras Al Khaimah Internation Airport.
    Managing a design team for the following trades:
    - Architecture
    - Structure
    - MEP
    - Special Airport Systems, including ICT and ELV
    - Baggage Handling System
    - Airside infrastructures

    In addition, I am managing the fit-out works of ADPI Dubai Branch new offices (1000 sqm) which will host our 100 employees in a brand new working space and atmosphere.

    Finally, I am still working as Project Coordianator/manager on the Al Maktoum International Airport PTB expansion to finalize the design documents and prepare the transition to construction and supervision.

    2014 - maintenant • Project Coordinator for the Al Maktoum International Airport PTB expansion. In charge of External coordination, in relation with our client, Dubai Aviation Engineering Project (DAEP), and the stakeholders (Dubai Airport, Fly Dubai, Immigration, Police…). My position consists of coordinating, implementing and addressing the client and stakeholders comments along with the development of the design by the project team, to attend and be part of the meetings, to follow the respect of deliverables along with our contract and Scope Of Services, and to manage the administrative part of the project.
    • In charge of coordination with our Sub-consultants, from their integration to the project (LOI, contract), to their payment (invoices). Moreover, I control that they get all information, drawings, and data in time for the continuity of the whole project. Finally, I ensure that their deliverables arrive on time and are relevant to their SOS and the client expectations.
    • In charge of coordination with our Financial and Commercial departments. I ensure that all administrative information for invoicing, recording and claiming if needed are available and following the project evolution. Also in charge of the budget follow-up by monthly financial meetings and reports, staff deployment control and revisions, Sub consultant invoices control, and overall expenses along with incomings.
  • SOCOTEC - CIvil Engineer / Project Manager

    Guyancourt 2014 - 2014 As a Civil Engineer, I am in charge of Third Party Inspections and Consultancy Services for MUSANADA. Abu Dhabi General Services “MUSANADA” was established in December 2007 as a Public Joint Stock Company to provide support services to government entities in areas such as facilities management and construction. My scope is to provide objective advice on public buildings (schools, mosques, governmental buildings,...), on outsourced works, and on new projects regarding applicable norms and standards. My expertise allow MUSANADA to control the quantity, the quality and the safety of outsourced works, and lead to a better control of their investment and their budget.
    As a Project Manager, I am in charge of a Business Development Plan to widen scope of services sold by SOCOTEC in the UAE, and to reach new clients. SOCOTEC can step in every part of a project, from Site preparation, Concept design, Tenders, to Construction, Handover and Operation. Our main business for the moment is almost limited to two of these six fields, so my work is to develop the four others.

    During this experience, I had the opportunity to make a “Tour de France”, which is a Graduate Engineer Program. It asked a full mobility and availability to face four assignments in different French areas during a year. Thus, I developed strong skills of:
    - Integration : have to be an efficient part of a team and an agency rapidly
    - Adaptability : have to learn new ways of working, new materials, new process as soon as possible
    - Independence : able to be at the other side of the country within few days
    - Assessment: each stage is a new opportunity to improve ourselves, and to learn for our past experiences.

  • Colas - STAGIAIRE

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2010 - 2010 Graduation Project, working to obtain the certification MASE, which is mandatory in Europe to work in sites with a high risk of industrial accident. The certification is based on ISO (HSE) but with a strongest part of analysis, action plan and documentary monitoring. I succeed in it and allow the agency to get the certification for three years, which is the best duration.
  • Colas - STAGIAIRE

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2009 - 2009 MOROCCO : Site foreman assistant for the construction of the first tramway in Morocco.
