En résumé

J'ai passé toute ma carrière au sein du Customer Support soit en milieu opérationnel dans une compagnie charter en Afrique, soit dans des grandes entreprises intégrateurs. Je suis chez Airbus depuis 2005 ayant occupée plusieurs postes tous à caractère internationaux, avec un fort accompagnement au changement.

Je suis actuellement en charge d'une équipe de production de la documentation de maintenance pour les rechanges pour les programmes Hélicoptères Commercialisés d'Airbus. Manager une équipe de 65 personnes en transnational avec des partenaires sous-traitants internationaux me passionne. La satisfaction client est au coeur de l'activité !
