- Manage client/customer relationship in line with service level agreement (Continental Europe : France, Benelux, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Nordics, etc.)
- Team management & recruitment: 70 people divided in customer service teams & supply chain teams
- Responsible for problem solving as they relate to customer service, distribution orders, capacities, SOPs & projects
- Responsible for coordinating and leading internal and external discussion related to all aspects of distribution and planning activities
- Work directly with operations to secure all campaign releases and maintain all operational KPIs above target
- Identify opportunities, problems and trends in the planning, execution and post planning of distribution activities
- Provide accurate forecast and report relevant information to European Management Board
