Recent graduate of EDHEC Business School with a Master in Management and a MSc in Strategy & Organization Consultancy, I am looking for new opportunities in a challenging and innovative company.

During my previous internships, I acquired valuable capabilities that are useful for the development of new projects.

As a corporate project manager in Amundi , I worked directly with Natacha Mercier, the general secretary of the group. I was entrusted in strategic missions, since I was considered result-driven and hardworking. For instance, I led on my own an internal audit of the governance of a major real estate investment trust in two-month time. Therefore, I set up meetings with 7 different departments and finally presented recommendations and the actions plan to the chairman of the trust. I have learnt to deal with strategic issues of the top management and how it can be sometimes really difficult to solve them. It enabled me to develop major qualities: flexibility, reactivity and trustworthiness.

Then, I was recruited as a management consultant at Accenture. During this internship I developed necessary skills: great use of Excel (with a glimpse of VBA) and PowerPoint; I also learnt to work as a part of an extended team: and most of all, I developed self-confidence as I was leading a part of the mission on my own with our client. For instance, I defined the future trainings courses and performed a 38% reduction in the global impact of these trainings (approximately 180,000h) or developed a management monitoring dashboard with a workforce occupation model. My good team spirit and my fast understanding were very appreciated by my colleagues and this experience confirmed my ability to work efficiently in demanding environments.

    Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer - Customers and the Marketing Director:
    • Achieved a mapping of OEMs, Tier 1/2/3 suppliers of 20 global programmes (3,700 suppliers).
    • Screened M&A deals over 5 years in Europe and the USA to analyse suppliers' growth strategies.
    • Performed strategic analysis on several market segments to identify growth opportunities.

  • Accenture - Junior Consultant

    Paris 2014 - 2014 As part of an Accenture management consulting team serving a major French energy distribution client in a context of major transformations:
    • Managed the change plan in order to optimize the future professionalization trainings courses proposed to the populations impacted by the transformation projects.
    • Created a management monitoring dashboard of the workforce and operational competencies.
    • Contributed to the definition of the new training governance.
    • Ran operational meetings with the end customer.
  • Amundi - Development Project Manager

    Paris 2013 - 2014 Amundi is the Europe market leader in asset management with more than €950bn in assets under management.
    As a direct report to the General Secretary, I had several missions :
    • Performed an internal audit of one of the biggest real estate investment trust (50,000 partners, capitalization of €1.5bn)
    • Redacted a procedure in collaboration with the risks and compliance departments about the follow-up of the employee mutual funds invested in unlisted securities.
    • Developed and optimized the CRM system of the company
    • Managed relationships during the budget process between the operational entities and the headquarters. Made sure requests and updates were implemented and prepared the overall consolidation.
    • Realized weekly business reports and organized the weekly RPSE management committee.
  • EDHEC Junior Etudes - General Secretary

    Roubaix CEDEX 1 2012 - 2013 In parallel with my studies and as a member of the Board of the school’s Junior Enterprise, I managed human resources and all administrative procedures of the organization, certified ISO 9001, realizing circa 60 market surveys per year with €220,000 revenue.
    My responsibility also included :
    • Organized the recruitment process and training of the new members of the organization
    • Reevaluated the organization’s records and processes to prepare an URSSAF control and an ISO audit.
    • Ensured the legal responsibility in front of the French Administration and supply management
    • Controlled the quality of the major market surveys delivered to customers
