Manage 8 persons to deliver a release of about 300 Man/Days every two month. A release is a set of new functionalities and configurations of new products to be installed in the Billing system.
The responsibilities are mainly:
- Challenge the projects’ requirements with the client
- Estimate the necessary workload of each project and submit for approval
- Control the release scope and mitigate risks
- Propose a delivery planning of the release content and validate it with the client
- Handle a release follow-up (Resource plan, Delivery planning...) and share it with the client
- Supervise and control the detailed design writing and bring them to validation
- Organize the development and integration tests phases
- Supervise the end user tests before delivering to the Non-Regression testing team.
