En résumé

Graduated as mechanical Engineer in co-op program with Faurecia automotive seating, I was in charge of developing numerical tools (templates) automating design tasks using Catia V5.

Then I performed a VIE (Volunteer for Internal Experience) with Faurecia Exhaust system in Augsburg, Germany. I was responsible for the Europe standardization of products.

    Bavans 2013 - 2015 Harmonizing the standards in Europe, my responsibility during my VIE is to organize their developments within the process and product specialist teams by:

    - Planning of workshops to rationalize the knowledge and lesson-learnt

    - Writing specifications and documents defining the design rules in collaboration with the CAD department, process and product specialists, purchasing, quality and the customer business units

    - Defining the best agreement between French and German methodologies

    - Managing the validation and deployment for Europe of the worldwide standard

    - Defining methodologies to use the standards and making users awareness of standardization activities
