  Goal The SSI Programme (Services Stability Improvement) mission:
  * Reduce Outages
  * Protect Systems
  Ensure availability of Operationally vital hardwares and softwares across the Amadeus IT landscape - for clients for Amadeus business' operations
  
  Achievements and activities * Monitoring and controlling projects deliveries
  * Building Reporting Dashboards ;
  * Planning and monitoring work task and milestones progress (Sharepoint, Excel pivot table, MSP, internal tools): these projects had a higher success rate to finish on time than the average.
  * Report on the root cause analysis of severe incidents (BIRT)
  Weekly report status to the Steering Committee: risk mitigation, impact analysis of issues, prioritization, budget control, time spent.
  * Delivering:
  * New architectures (e.g. creation of new applications, application or database split, dedicated network for the logs...) ;
  * Faster more targeted incident management ;
  * Automatic alerts, enhanced system monitoring logs... ;
  * Removing of Single Points of Failure - building a more robust system ;

• AMADEUS - BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ARCHITECT

  2012 - 2013 Goal * Constructed and delivered a data warehouse based on Operational Data Centre outputs from multi transactional systems
  * Data mining every month the data from all the 55 Amadeus Open Back Ends
  * Generating an Operational Criteria Report giving an overview of the quality of each application.
  
  Achievements and activities * Improvement of all Open Back Ends in Production phase in Amadeus.
  * Monthly Report (Operational Criteria Report) delivered to senior mgt
  * Assisted Senior Mgt decision-making in a fast moving and changing IT reliant operational business
  * Reporting: Enhanced communication between Ops Directors and Senior Mgrs of different global sites (France and Germany). ;
  * Delivered increased Quality Standards via new functional requirements integration into the previous development cycle.
  * Creation of new KPIs - Targeting Systems monitoring, System Incidents and any System Outages caused
  * KPIs delivered: Reduced number of severe incidents (e.g. memory leaks), reduced impact on hardwares (e.g. database size) and reduced time to recover (e.g. recycle time). ;
