    Setup of the Offshore Department, offshore strategy and prepare prototypes installation for Alstom.
    Development of the full offshore logistic worldwide in order to provide a low cost and reliable solution to install tidal device offshore and to connect them to the Grid onshore (new subsea connectors, subsea hub, dedicated installation vessel, Dynamic Positioning (DP) system & lifting equipment, port interface, hi-flow ROV, drilling & anchoring technologies in very hard seabed, power cable stabilization on seabed, etc).
    Definition and development of installation aids and methodology for tidal device, design orientation of the turbine and definition of the interface with seabed (including drilling systems).
    Confidential technical consulting for Tidal Generation Limited acquisition.
    Confidential Business & Technical consulting for Wave device (for potential final acquisition of AWS)

    Client Representative for mobilization in USA, loadout on heavy lift vessel (Reel = 350mt each, x3) 1 week and onboard Acergy Eagle for Subsea Separation Unit umbilical installation, 4 weeks offshore campaign

    SURF Installations Engineer,
    - Management & follow-up of two major offshore contractors, Technip & Subsea 7 for design & installation engineering on Umbilical, Riser and Flowlines installation scope of work, with various subcontractors all over the world (Norway, USA, Brazil, France, and Angola).
    - Validation of new installations equipment to be used on the project: Friction clamp for pipeplaying, Riser Pulling System (heavy lift winch safe Working Load 500mt), Inline pipeline structure Handling System (up to 150mt).
    - Project Leader for a 2” Hydrate Remediation Flexible.
    - Edition of various Technical Call For Bids.

    - Safe & efficient Long Base Line array campaign (Subsea positioning)
    - Succesful preparation & execution of SSU umbilical installation (4 sites, Norway, Brazil, US & Angola, 2 Contractors, FMC & Subsea 7, 1 Subcontractor Oceaneering)
    - No major issues experienced during Pazflor offshore campaign on SURF package
  • Technip - Contract Engineer & Operations Engineer

    Paris 2007 - 2008 MA-D6 phase 1 Project, Contract & Operations Engineer – France & India –07/2007-09/2008
    As Contract Engineer, responsible for the Survey, Supply Vessel and Logistic Agents (for the various European mobilizations/demobilizations as well as the operations in India) Contracts, from the Call For Bid phase to the execution of the contract, I was also involve in the AUDIT of the Supply Vessel and the Fabrication follow-up (new ship);
    As Operations Engineer, 3 x 5 weeks rotations offshore onboard CSO Constructor as Lead Project Engineer (Suction Piles installation approx.. 120mt each, Concrete Mattresses, pre-lay survey, ROV rescue operations). Client Representative onboard Greatship Anjali, Anchor Handling Tug DP 2. Onshore support also during Mob/Demob of various vessels in India & in Europe.

    Key achievements:
    - Subcontracts signed and under budget, supply vessel commissioned and delivered to Project as per schedule
    - Mobilization in due time, improvement of demobilization time for vessels
    - No incident during operations
    - On-demand technical support in India for new contracts and new requirements
  • Geocean - Night Shift Supervisor / Field Engineer

    2007 - 2007 OML123 Project (Addax), Field Engineer / Night Shift Supervisor – Nigeria – One rotation in June 2007
    Shallow water, anchored barge, installation of 14” prod. line (Manual Welding, X-Ray for NDT, Diving for Touch Down Point monitoring and laying inspection)
