Hi, Im Benjamin. I help premium and FMCG brands grow faster and smarter across global markets.

Over the past 25 years, I have led portfolios exceeding €190M, launched new markets in Europe and Asia, and delivered double-digit growth by bringing strategy, people, and creativity together.

At Clarins, I helped the brand climb from rank 6 to rank 4 in Malaysia (+40% net sales in three years), accelerated omnichannel performance across seven European subsidiaries, and collaborated in opening the first Clarins Boutique & Spa in Ireland, recognized as best in class across EMEA. I also co-created and/or led award-winning retail and CSR initiatives that provided 20 million school meals worldwide.

What drives me is turning ambition into momentum, building teams that are agile, curious, and proud of what they achieve. My leadership style blends clear vision with a collaborative, hands-on approach that inspires others to stretch, learn, and deliver results.

Alongside my professional career, I serve as an ASICS Brand Ambassador, a personal passion project where I represent the brands spirit of discipline, endurance, and progress.

I am open to senior leadership roles in International Sales, Marketing, or Business Development where brand expansion, omnichannel excellence, and team performance meet global ambition.
