  NEUILLY sur seine 2014 - maintenant Maltem Consulting Group is helping Finance and insurance companies to change and to maintain their activity by providing IT, Business and Digital ressources.
  
  I have joined it on September 2014 in order to increase my finance knowledge and to lead IT&Finance projects.
  
  I am working now for BNP CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) as Deployment Project Manager.
  
  I am the functional referent for some projects such as :
  - Virtual account for Spain and Netherland,
  - INTC (intra-company international payments) product for Portugal and Netherland,
  - Technical upgrade for German payment engine plateform.

• Devoteam - Consultant - CP SI

  Levallois-Perret 2013 - 2014 As an IT consultant in the french IT company Devoteam SA - I have had the opportunity to work for HSBC France in the Software&Delivery department.
  
  I was in charge of making Standalone and End to End Performance tests in order to validate the capacity of their new payment engine.
  
  The solution chosen by HSBC Europe was DPE (Dovetail Payment Engine - UK company) to support the new XML format : SEPA 'Single Euro Payment Area'.
  This format had to be set and used in France since the 1st of February 2014 (postponed to the 1st of August 2014).
  
  My role was :
  -> to create scenario thanks to the figures provided by Production support,
  -> to create the data thanks to some tools/scripts (UNIX, Perl),
  -> to coordinate actors during end to end tests,
  -> to analyse the result and give a report to the top manager.
  
  
  Once we deployed the payment engine in Production I have trained a polish team to perform Performance tests instead of me.
  
  Indeed my customer asked me to join the an other team in charge of maintaining and coordinating evolutions of intern applications :
  - ECLAIR is an application used by the back office to make a business validation on payments - payments are then routed.
  - SFEX is a solution provided by AXWAY Software company - it includes Gateway, CFT, Messaging & Sentinel components. It is a multi-plateform & multi-format gateway.
  
  My role was :
  -> to assure a functional & technical production support,
  -> to be the referent for those applications on transverse project.
  
  Key words : SDD, SCT, CFONB, End to End&standalone performance testing, UNIX/Linux, SQL, Perl, work shop, coordination, Axway tools&solution.

• CGI (Logica) - Ingénieur en services de l'information

  Courbevoie 2011 - 2013 At Logica (CGI since 2013) for GDF SUEZ (Gaz de France untill 1st of 2012) from September 2011 to May 2012
  
  It is one of the two biggest french Gaz&Electricty provider company.
  
  My work was to maintain all the websites of the brand at the eBusiness delegation.
  
  I started as a Web developper using PHP, Javascript, HTML and CSS in order to create requests asked the business (eClient, eMarketing, eCommunication).
  -> to add new functionalities,
  -> to change the design,
  -> to update the content.
  
  After several months I was asked to help the business team to define the need technically and functionally.
  My role was then to assist the business at every step of the project (V cycle):
  -> by coordinating the actors throughout the deadlines,
  -> by providing technical documents,
  -> by assisting technical teams.
  
  Key words: eCommerce, Customer/Order Fulfillment, Web technolgies, Coordination.
  
  
  
  
  At Logica for the LVMH - from February to August 2011
  
  I started as the assistant of the functional leader on the project - The creation of the LVMH eCommerce plateform.
  LVMH is an international french brand - it is the world leader in high-quality products.
  The project was to create an eCommerce plateforme in order to allow the customers to fulfil of all over the world
  
  My role was :
  - To make an audit of the site
  - To create/assign/follow incidents found
  - To collaborate with technical teams to find solutions
  - To coordinate the project "Email Management*" -
  
  *It consisted to implement a funcitonality to the site in order to send some personalized mails to the customers at different step of the fulfilment.
  I was in charge of :
  - updating the planning of the project,
  - to collaborate with 3 developpers from different teams (Java, Web, Design),
  - to provide data to the business for validation.
