    Tracks daily and monthly data transfers from plant to corporate ERPs. Maintains data relevance and accuracy at cluster level.

    Courbevoie 2007 - 2010 - Administrated Private Equity Funds (Worldwide Insurance and Private Equity firm)

    Middle-Office position, in behalf of two investment vehicles owned by a Private Equity company. Part-time work for 12 months in a complete English environment:
    Initiated daily wire transfers to the Treasury Department
    Monitored Gains / Losses incurred from investments realized from Funds’ notices, in a Access Database
    Performed daily, monthly and quarterly reporting on Funds’ performance, unfunded position and geographic distribution in liaise with Front office managers
    Contacted Fund representatives for any relevant issue concerning administration: banking details, payment issues, notices.
    Developed or enhanced Excel and PowerPoint-based reporting tools.
