  Key accomplishments:
  - Program management processes reviewed, modified and endorsed by the organisation (8 locations around the world)
  - Lead the creation of a Share-Point based tool for document management (collaboration, validation, signatures) based on 21CFR part 11 standard
  - decrease the number of signatures required for a document from 20+ to 3 or 4

• Hewlett-Packard - Program management office for supply chain engineering group

  - Distribute supply chain and engineering programs within the team taking in account resources availabilities, skills and programs priorities

  - Manage the Engineering part of the new planning solution for European personal systems planning solution. (based on SAP SCM system)
  - Modification of the product creation process to improve the efficiency -> decrease the turnaround time (from customer agreement to order ability) from 20 + days to 7 days average
