    COURTABOEUF 2008 - maintenant I am in charge of a small profit and loss units (M 110$/year) acquiring returned PC products refurbishing its (M30$ cost) and reselling its (M80$ revenue). The HP PSG EMEA remarketing organization (22 persons, 2 mgr) subcontract almost 100% of his activities and insure partners selection, partners management and control.

  • HP - July 2002 – May 2008

    COURTABOEUF 2002 - 2008 OPERATION DIRECTOR
    I lead, for HP PC consumer products, the European manufacturing strategy by increasing continuously our Partners service level insuring customer commitment and financial goals ( Material cost, IDC, TE, HOI). Successful transfer of our supply to China reducing by 20$ (incl MVA) the product quote and insuring competitiveness overtime. S

  • Hp - Procurement director

    COURTABOEUF 1997 - 2002 Iin charge of the Mechanical Materials team (15 pers) with a procurement value of $ 200M per year. ( 4M units of 50$ parts buy). Responsible for the procurement strategies & executions managing of around 20 vendors (WW & Asians) for a diversity of 200 parts. ( Plastic parts, plastic row material, metal parts, Cables/connectors).
    Achieved to transfer 50% of the sourcing in Asia in one Year leading to 12% to 30% cost reduction.

  • Philips - Mechanical development manager

    Suresnes 1992 - 1997 Management of technicians and engineers (28 people), responsible for mechanical innovation of global TV range.

  • Philips Italie - Mechanical project manager

    1990 - 1992 As member of mechanical development of Monza (Italy) I oversaw the industrialization of a range of TV’s. I maintained supplier relationship between molders and mould makers to insure implementation of the product and factories specifications. (FF200M tools budgets)

  • Salomon - Development project lelader

    Annecy 1986 - 1990 Responsible for a team of 7 designers, I oversaw the development and industrialization of a complete ski boots range. I insure relationship between molders and mould makers to insure tooling and part injections effectiveness for more than 100 parts/tools. Competition analysis and know how phase were also part of the project. Owner of 4 patents.
