  2011 - maintenant The WebContract web-based system aims to manage all types of contracts of the European Parliament since January 2010. Contracts are complex entities that are following more complex workflows and involve several actors at all steps starting from contract initiation till the contract signature. The application must be very flexible and must be able to ensure the data validity by implementing strict business rules required along the lifetime of the contract duration. The project is managed by the SCRUM methodoly.

• Eurostat - Team leader - Senior Analyst

  2010 - 2010 The CWM project is to provide a bridge between COMEXT system and external Web Services. It is designed as central access point to external system features through Web-services. It is based on the MULE SOA Enterprise Service Bus framework. It proposes a single interface that each client Web service must implement in order to be able to plug in.
  Information and data are transmitted through the ESB between the caller of the facade and the target Web service. This tool insures interoperability between systems written in heterogeneous languages like C and Java.

• Eurostat - Team leader - Senior Analyst Developer

  2008 - 2011 The External Trade Network Assist web-based system aims to provide assistance to anyone willing to gather statistical information from one of the National Statistical Institutes (NSI) of the European Union and also to coordinate the management of this help support workflow through a network of NSIs. The system is available on the web since October 2009.

• Eurostat - Technical Project management & Senior Analyst Developer

  2007 - 2009 The External Trade Network Outlier Detection Building Block is a tool for estimating and forecasting possible errors (defect values) within datasets through the implementation of several statistical algorithms. A dataset can be seen as a collection of statistical measures called "observations". The system treats also time-series datasets by integrating the "TRAMO / SEATS" module provided by the Bank of Spain.

  2003 - 2006 The Financial Management System is a web-based system for managing the workflow of reimbursements of free-lances fees during the plenary sessions held in European Parliaments in Brussels or Strasbourg. The goal is to reduce drastically the time needed to treat the long queues of interpreters waiting to get their fees reimbursed by understanding and improving the workflow and developing a web-based central system.

  2002 - 2003 CORDIS is the pan-European R&D Information Service funded by the European Commission, with the mission to provide a general information service on European research and the aim of encouraging participation in European R&D programmes, promoting exploitation of the results and encouraging European co-operation in research and technological exploitation.
  
  Key Accomplishments:
  * Design of a solution to transfer data across the Internet between a Session Bean on a WebLogic Application Server and a Servlet running on Tomcat, using SOAP protocol over a secure channel based on SSL protocol and overall responsibility of monitoring the corresponding development. ;
  * General maintenance of the Java applications running in the CORDIS site. ;
  * Responsible for configuration management of Java and HTML code (CVS based). ;
