    2011 - maintenant The WebContract web-based system aims to manage all types of contracts of the European Parliament since January 2010. Contracts are complex entities that are following more complex workflows and involve several actors at all steps starting from contract initiation till the contract signature. The application must be very flexible and must be able to ensure the data validity by implementing strict business rules required along the lifetime of the contract duration. The project is managed by the SCRUM methodoly.

  • Eurostat - Team leader - Senior Analyst

    2010 - 2010 The CWM project is to provide a bridge between COMEXT system and external Web Services. It is designed as central access point to external system features through Web-services. It is based on the MULE SOA Enterprise Service Bus framework. It proposes a single interface that each client Web service must implement in order to be able to plug in.
    Information and data are transmitted through the ESB between the caller of the facade and the target Web service. This tool insures interoperability between systems written in heterogeneous languages like C and Java.

    2008 - 2011 The External Trade Network Assist web-based system aims to provide assistance to anyone willing to gather statistical information from one of the National Statistical Institutes (NSI) of the European Union and also to coordinate the management of this help support workflow through a network of NSIs. The system is available on the web since October 2009.

    2007 - 2009 The External Trade Network Outlier Detection Building Block is a tool for estimating and forecasting possible errors (defect values) within datasets through the implementation of several statistical algorithms. A dataset can be seen as a collection of statistical measures called "observations". The system treats also time-series datasets by integrating the "TRAMO / SEATS" module provided by the Bank of Spain.
