  • Samsung Electronics - Trial Technical Coordinator / R&D Project Leader

    Saint-Ouen Cedex 2007 - 2012 Primary technical subject matter expert for sales teams and product trial projects, including customer test lab implementation, for overseas Wimax projects. Technical documentation evaluation, technical risk identification, and solution recommendations. Technical team communication to coordinate project organisation and project execution. Consistently drive under-budget project delivery. 100% success rate on trial projects completed with customer approval across multiple regions, including Indonesia, India, and France. Instrumental in new contract development for the French business branch. Currently acting as customer support and management, allowing other managers to focus on priority issues. Demo implementation oversight of the 2003 o2 Germany UMTS CEBIT. UMTS test lab establishment between Hanover and Munich, resulting in one of the 1st successful videotelephony calls between locations. Major contract negotiation and closure with an Israeli customer. Successful demo facilitation for an Australian client UMTS system bridging 3 continents, connecting Australia, China, and France. Successful test campaign management of UMTS UTRAN for T-Mobile Hungary, including a test lab launch. Joint venture support between LG and Nortel as project manager for the venture
  • Siemens - Project & Team Manager

    Saint-Denis 1997 - 2001 Coordinated project leadership and project delivery for multiple key initiatives, including Intelligent Networks commercial management and deployment, Access Networks implementation and management, and French bid management. Team leadership in commercial offer execution, customer service, installations, integrations, commissioning, user acceptance and validation, technical support, and maintenance. Additional roles as Technical & Product Support and Bid Manager, focused on ADSL platform maintenance and demonstration and on RFP / RFI / Tender coordination between HQ, local French entities, and French clients. Established Siemens France Intelligent Networks deployment team, the 1st IN deployment team for the French division. Spearheaded 10+ IN platform deployments for French customers. Primary point of contact with the French customer for project meetings. Full authority over ADSL showroom platform management.

    Paris 1996 - 1997 Project progress management for engagements with Siemens and MIC Data. Provided English-to-French translation services for technical tender with Siemens. Customer demonstration support through technical platform preparation. Installation management, commissioning management, and monitoring of PCM30 repeaters and links for MIC Data. Tender management to ensure on time completion by providing interface support for French customers involved in company tenders in Munich. Provided technical support for Telecom Exhibitions. Completed installation and validation of MIC PCM30 links for France Telecom, now known as Orange.
