MANAGEMENT
• Managing an international team of direct reports and external resources, including hiring activities
• Demonstrating leadership by an open communication and discussion about team values, mission, responsibilities and common goals
• Discuss and negotiate IT invest/Capex with the internal customer as input of yearly AOP. Managing Budgets
• Negotiate contracts and IT services with external partners
IT STRATEGY AND INNOVATION
• Monitor market for best practices and benchmarks on technologies and innovative IT solutions
• Define and align IT strategy to business requirements
• Member of the Corporate IT Security and Data privacy board. Contribute to legal aspects on an European scope (e.g. Safe Harbor) and propagate awareness for Information Security on all levels in the organisation
IT OPERATIONS
• Operate, maintain and improve IT infrastructure (Server systems, PCs, Voice and Network) in high quality, respecting customer’s SLAs. Experience with ITIL methods
• Provide and coordinate user support on all levels. Actively improve the incident management process and the Service desk
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
• Define and review provided services and corresponding SLAs on a regular base in collaboration with the internal customer
• Provision of regular reports about quality of services and KPIs to Executive Management and Key stakeholders
PROJECT AND PROGRAMM MANAGEMENT
• Lead, plan, delegate and supervise small to mid- size projects by respecting timelines and budget
• Sponsor, support and lead Lean Six Sigma projects (Green Belt)
ADMINISTRATION AND ORGANIZATION
• Monitor and control expenses to be in line with approved budget
• Deploy, control and improve corporate processes and procedures. Add and adapt regional specifications where needed to assure defined KPIs and compliances
