- Prepare the annual Business Target Agreement with HQ
- Building and maintaining The Country Concept, including market overview, development strategy , mid-term action plan and milestones.
- Maintain and secure the high level relationships with the decision makers
- Update datas in the CRM (Oracle) : opportunities, sales funnel, customers information and contacts, action plans and all relevant information.

- Establish a high level relationships with the decision makers, for an early identification and influencing of customer strategy on projects
- Member of a team of 30 Business developers across the World, I’m in charge to develop the full SIEMENS industry portfolio in France, in respect to the Worldwide strategy defined by the HQ.
- Collaborate with the 20 regional sales heads to improve the end user business
- Strong collaboration with Service Support to secure and maintain excellent relationships with customer.

- Reports to HQ in Germany and Motion Control Manager in France
