    2013 - 2013 • Premium brand consulting services: business advising on brand assessment, new markets introduction, operational implementation & follow-up (www.stateofbrand.com).
    • Clinique brand (Estée Lauder Companies) local relevancy mission in India and in the Middle-East (July-August 2013): a market analysis (competition and beauty trends) followed by a recommendation of ‘top 50 business actions’ to be implemented to accelerate the brand development (intelligence, products assortment and brand execution).

    Paris 2012 - 2013 • Teaching "Brands International Management" to students in the Marketing & Communication MBA at Sciences Po: interactive course based on both theory and practical cases.
    • Mentoring of students in the preparation of their thesis.
  • L'Oréal - REGION DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER - L'Oréal Professional Brands, Europe

    PARIS 2011 - 2013 • Regional management and full P&L responsibility on all L'Oréal professional brands (L'Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Redken, Matrix, Pureology, Shu Uemura, Mizani and Essie) in the Nordics, Benelux, Greece & Israel.
    • Set up of transversal projects for 'Greater Europe': L'Oréal Sales Academy, commercial KPI's, strategic marketing, digital development, pricing strategy, business intelligence and new acquisitions.
    • HR approach development: optimization of countries organizations and internal talent scouting (L'Oréal 'U&US' programme: follow-up of identified high potentials).

    • Strong collaboration with the Amsterdam International Fashion Week: sponsoring of fashion events, backstage artistic partnership & consoliation of #1 in free PR in the Netherlands.
    • Pureology: launch preparation and implementation of this ‘green’ brand (80% of Redken distribution within 1 year).

    PARIS 2005 - 2007 • Responsible for the development of the Matrix and Redken brands in Eastern Europe / Central Asia.
    • Opening of new markets and territories through new affiliates and agents.
    • Implementation of marketing, sales and education strategies & tools.

    PARIS 2002 - 2003 • Elaboration of the field marketing and communication strategy: regular launches and animations for the sales force, sales negotiations with key accounts, media relations, follow up of the budget.
    • 6-month sales responsibility over a portfolio of 120 clients (in Burgundy) and prospection of new doors (in the Paris area).
