********************* CAREER HISTORY ************************
I started working as consultant in 1998 developing FPGAs and electronic boards for protection of electrical network, military mobile phones and avionic systems. During this period, I also solved a lot of critical and blocking failures on legacy products which was highly appreciated by the top management. I joined THALES Optronics in 2002, first as electronic engineer and then as work package manager. This job consisted in managing the development of a 1M€ work package. I was responsible for Electronic boards & FPGA, platform software (Kernel, OS, BSP...) & applicative software development. I led a team of 7 people.
I have always kept up both technical & management skills since then.
In 2006, I joined THALES Avionics, first as work package manager for the retrofit of cockpit display units (Tiger, DASH8, M2000-D, EC145), then as architect of the future Airbus A350 cockpit display unit.
Recently, I have taken the lead to design a range of modular display equipments answering to the product policy strategy of the company.
