    2010 - maintenant Achievements:
    * Completed an application that was described as strong by the Department for Education in in the following eligibility criteria for the setting up of a Free School in the U.K: Educational Plan & Vision, Organisational capacity and capability, Premises

    Responsibilities:
    * Lead the Advisory Board to successfully complete the application by 2014 for an opening in September 2015
    Liaising with various partners in order to gather support around the project (sponsorship & partnership)

    2007 - 2010 Achievements:
    *lead my Short Course year 11 class so well that 76% of them obtained A* to C grades and 100% of my computing class obtain A in their coursework
    *Managed the Learning Platform Project so successfully through well thought consultation and effective liaising that the project was completed 4 weeks ahead of schedule and now widely adopted by the staff & students.
    *Adult evening class level of satisfaction so high that 75% came back to carry on.

    Responsibilities:
    *Teaching: Planning engaging lessons to Teach KS3 students (National Curriculum to Year 7 and 8 & Unit 1 of OCR Nationals Level 2 to Y9), KS4 students (Short Course in ICT & Applied ICT double award) and A level students (Computing & OCR Nationals Level 3)
    *E-Learning: Researching and advising on the Learning Platform that would be best for the school, as well as planning and organising the successful implementation of the Learning Platform, through the creation of the Highdown Learning Platform Action Team and the Student Design Team among other things
    *Training: Organising the training of staff members and raising awareness among staff, parents and governors to guarantee the successful launch of the Learning Platform, as well as teaching Multimedia Applications to adult learners during evening classes
    *Community: Leading a community project where a group of students work as volunteers to create a website for the Friends of Caversham Court Garden
    *Other: In charge of the Microsoft MSDN Academic Alliance program in the school

  • Association des Jeunes du Laos et leurs Amis (A.J.L.A) - Secretary & Manager of a Training Centre in Computer Science for Youth

    1999 - 2003 I have worked in an organisation referred to as Association des Jeunes du Laos et leurs Amis (A.J.L.A) from 1999 to 2003. The organisation takes care of youth in helping them with their homework after school. I have also been the secretary in 2001 and I became the vice-secretary in 2002 as I could not spend as much time due to my studies. During those two years, I was dealing with a number of administrative tasks (meeting minutes, letters when it needed to be written by a member of the Board Of Director...). I also took part in the organization of local events involving a number of partners.
    I also set up a training centre in computer science for youth with the help of the local Rotary club.
    I had the responsibility to install everything required in the computers and to manage the budget.
    I also designed the course content to teach them some computing basics.
