    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE

    (Lead HSE supervisor)
    * Observe and monitor the implementation of Construction's HSE management systems
    * Achieving the required HSE standard and providing technical and tactical HSE support and advice to all Construction division's organizational levels.
    * Visit operational sites on a regular basis. ;
    * Supervise the safe, efficient operation of the job in accordance with the HSE plans
    * Coach, motivate, coordinate and act as a mentor for the construction management and other HSE personnel, increasing HSE performance and efficiency within the division, including emergency response issues
    * Oversees, inspects and monitors field work which includes excavations, drainage facilities, building constructions to ensure quality control and contract compliance under the direction of a construction supervisor.
    * Conducts site inspections to ensures that all operations conform to HSE requirements and maintains high safety standards
    * Oversees and enforces installation of safety devices ;
    * Ensure that workers are provided with suitable protective equipment, such as eye goggles, ear protectors or appropriate types of gloves and clothing
    * Ensure a programme of audit and monitoring activity is in place.
    * Lead and participate in incident investigation and ensure high quality of all investigation reports.

    * Investigates occupational accidents and injuries to determine the cause of the accidents/injuries, and to determine violations of HSE standards.
    * Documents violations through notes, sketches, measurements, photographs, and videotapes.
    * Reports violations & recommends adjustment to operation
    * Maintains reports, files, and written correspondence related to the work ;
