* Construction of a cement plan 5000t/day, Mechanical Supervisor for rotating & static equipment :
Cement & raw mill PFEIFFER MVR 6700 - crusher -Stacker & reclaimer - cyclones - kiln - bag
filters - belt conveyer - bucket elevators - heat exchanger - fan cooling kiln.
* Management of subcontractor - progress report - Equipments modifications - pre commissioning
& commissioning -Preservation at site - Vendor management at site - Safety walkthrough.
* Participates actively to the site safety.
* Maintain relations with the contractors mechanical erection teams so that inter-actions between
owner's specialists and contractor's erection teams function smoothly.
* Stay informed regarding contractor's erection activities and is responsible in assessment of
mechanical erection progress on site.
* Validates contractor's erection procedures and tolerance.
* Participates in the internal site team meetings.
* Participates in specialist meeting regarding mechanical, structural and piping erection.
* Keeps the mechanical manager informed regarding any project design changes and their influence
on the mechanical erection.

as primary responsible of Modification and fabrication of steel structure during this project I have so
many tasks to do among them:
Daily present at the fabrication and modification shop (yard).
Coordinate with planning team to prepare schedule for fabrication and erection.
Prepare (P.T.W) permit to work.
Liaise with planer, Engineering and Sub-contractor (JCC Chinese Company) for progress planning
on fabrication.
Monitor work progress and supervise Sub-contractors during fabrication and erection instalation.
Monitor and supervise on work force, facilities (crane, forklift, welding machine, consumable).
Inspection Material psychical check and reviewed documentation.
Reviewed / inspection check for fit up / dimensional / visual / NDT.
Supervision of welding / structural and work progress activity follow contract specifications and
requirement.
Monitor and supervise Sub-contractor during fabrication and supervise manpower.
Assist at site for pre-assembly, lifting and erection of different structural kind (15000 TON).
Review documentation as per construction specification and input data.
Material verification prior to cut, ensure latest drawing revision, correct material size, thickness
dimension orientation. Ensure heat number, tractability documentation.
Inspection fit-up structural member component. Obtain latest drawing revision/ER. Ensure correct
material, size, thickness, dimension, orientation and bevel preparation.
In-process welding, ensure qualified welder, correct electrode, WPS displayed, adequate shelter for
rain and wind, preheat perform, current/voltage/travel speed, correct, inter-pass temperature correct
and inter-pass cleaning made.
Welding visual inspection, ensure welded joint completed clean and special/improved weld profile.
Adjacent weld is clean, temporary support/aid removed, grind and flush to of parent metal.
Final visual inspection, ensure NDT on surfaces removal of temporary support, and defective surface
on area other than weld area and final dimension acceptability.
Reviewed and signs off documentation
Perform inspections according to approved ITP, and ensure conformity of the works performed on
the site.

* Construction work:
* Prepare work schedules and objectives (daily, weekly and monthly report) for the client
(SAMSUNG ENGINEERING)
* Assessing the client with potential risks before each lifting operation and installation of the structure
on site.
* Assist the area planners in development of realistic project plan construction schedule (by area) to
meet the project objectives.
* Prepare and made rigging plan for different cranes used on site.
* Analyse worker or production problems and recommend solutions, such as improving production
methods or implementing motivational plans.
* Ensuring the achievement of the objectives with client in the time and safety.
* Daily on site monitoring of preassembly, lifting and erection of different kind of steel structure (10
000 ton).
* Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or
reports.
* Reporting to the Area Construction Yard Manager or yard Construction Superintendent.
* Responsible for monitoring the safety, quality, cost and schedule for contractors performing in
Structural works.
* QA/QC work:
* The first responsible for adjustment, alignment and preparation of al inspections (AFI) before
erection (chipping and padding) and after erection (verticality test check, level test check, bolt
torque test, grout work inspection, demonstration of expansion joints, welding...).
* Assist to build the construction schedules in accordance to the project standards, procedures and
contract requirement (Safety, Quality, and Rapidity).
* Be present in time of inspections as QA/QC engineer to represent KNE with the client
SAMSUNGENGINEERING and the owner SONATRACH to apply procedures and made
inspections in goodconditions and wel progress.
