En résumé

Fiscaliste au Luxembourg, je suis aujourd'hui à la recherche de nouvelles opportunités en tant que fiscaliste d'entreprise avec des missions transversales et/ou internationales et une considération de l'entreprise dans sa globalité.

J'ai perfectionné mes méthodes de travail, en termes d'analyse et de synthèse en gérant des échéances fiscales, directes et indirectes(TVA), pour 400 sociétés, sur la base des états financiers, des documents juridiques et d'autres ressources. L'expérience chez PwC m'a familiarisé avec les processus qui caractérisent les grands groupes rompus à des exigences importantes de compliance.

J'ai acquis des compétences en matière de communication institutionnelle et commerciale (clients, inspecteurs fiscaux, cabinets d'audit, de conseil...). Il m'a fallu aussi développer et professionnaliser des stratégies de recherche d’information, formelles et informelles, auprès de toutes les parties prenantes pour réaliser mes objectifs.

    2016 - maintenant Monitor deadline and review of corporate and value added tax returns (monthly, annual, simplified) as well as preparation of the complexes returns and tax provision accounts (application of a transfer pricing study or ruling, tax balance sheet, tax integration, tax consolidation, new investments,) - around 400 companies.
    Internal support on tax compliance.

    Gestion des échéances fiscales et revue des déclarations fiscales, pour l’impôt sur les sociétés, taxe sur la valeur ajoutée et retenues à la source.
    Préparation des déclarations complexes nécessitant l'application d'un rescrit fiscal ou d'une documentation de prix de transfert, l’élaboration d'un bilan fiscal (intégration fiscale, instruments hybrides, opérations transfrontalières, détentions de sociétés transparentes...)

    Neuilly-sur-Seine 2014 - 2015 * Preparation and follow-up of corporate tax and net wealth tax returns. ;
    * Elaboration of fiscal balance sheet in regard of the application of double tax treaty on direct or indirect real estate holding:
    * Transparent entity or holding transparent entity (S.C.I., LP, KG) ;
    * Hybrid financing instruments (Interest Free Loans, Profit Participating Loans, CEPEC...) ;
    * Within the scope of financing activity, determination of the minimum applicable margin based on the transfer pricing report or legal thresholds. ;
    * Follow-up qualifying participations under the participation exemption regime (tax treatment of received dividends and capital gains) and participations in foreign entities (treatment of the foreign tax credit and withholding tax). ;

    * Relation with the direct contribution authorities, with several departments and with the clients (mainly investment funds within the real estate sector). ;
    * Application of the risk management protocols (KYC, AML, independence). ;
