- Management of the largest integrated account at BCP/Publicis in Canada
- Supervision of client services team in Montreal and responsible for all communication campaign from all affiliates or other agencies
- Participated actively on the new Canada Post brand framework, retail framework, definition of retail offering, development of CPC’s flagship, consumer segmentation and the new visual guideline
- Managed the largest integrated retail (7000 stores) and on-line promotion with 4 different affiliates and one other agency. Holiday campaign was delivered creatively interesting, integrated, on time, on budget and with a 62% awareness recall across Canada.
