    Schaffhausen 2011 - maintenant Project Manager for Fluid Property Sensor (Urea Quality Sensor).

    Management of a complete team to develop a Quality and Level Sensor relying on optical technology measuring fluid concentration to assist Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system in effectively reducing NOx to regulated emission standards for Main OEM. (Liebherr, Claas, Agco, Volvo CE…)
    - Synchronize product and process engineering team to match with customer milestones.
    - Challenge the compliance matrix between customer requirements and translate it within internal product specification
    - Keep the main communication with customer and drive collaboration within the core team
    - Manage Sensor group, program costs, timing, product design quality and conformance to customer expectation
    - Building validation plan, product validation result and quality control till PPAP submission
    - Coordinate the APQP tasks with Chinese industrialization team from customer award to SOP.
     Key Results: After 3 years, our sensor technology is leader in after treatment market.
  • Valeo Lighting System Chrzanow, POLAND - Project Manager

    2009 - 2011 Management of the Industrialization Team, composed by 3 engineers, dedicated to processes development for new projects for German customers (BMW, FORD)
    This team is the interface between the Project Teams, responsible of the product development and located in Valeo Headquarters, and the production facilities
    Project Management
    - Control the achievement of Quality level, Timing and Capacity targets of new projects
    - Analyze any deviation using PDCA / FTA / QRCQ / 8D methods
    - Develop and manage action plans to recover in case of deviation
    Industrialization
    - Manage the prototypes and trial runs production
    - Be the interface between the project teams and the production shop
    - Process optimization using Lean Process method (TPM, 5S, SMED)
    - Ensure that objectives are accomplished in accordance with outlined priorities
    - Coordinate communication between Valeo and Customer plants.

    --> Key Results: 7 projects successful within the targeted key indicator until SOP
  • Alten Sud Ouest - Consultant in Quality and Process for Valeo Mazamet

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2007 - 2009 PTM Process and Quality on different projects (Power Outlet and Rear Lamp for Toyota, PSA, RSA, BMW.
    - Define specification and develop process to control and keep a key business in France.
    - Conduct Design Validation and Process Validation to secure ramp-up production
    - Respond to customers quality issues during project development.
    Key Results:  Successful program saving 100 employment
     Product still produced after 7 years and delivered to main automotive market 15Kparts per day at SOP
     First project won and successful for BMW which concluded to all the business
