En résumé

Dans le secteur des Services Informatiques et plus précisément de l'Infogérance, j'exerce depuis plus de 15 ans des fonctions de management m'ayant amené à créer pour IBM France les entités de production de services autour du progiciel SAP mais aussi des logiciels de messagerie et du Web. J'ai managé le projet de transfert d'activités de production vers Brno en République Tchèque, dévoleppant mes compétences en conduite du changement et en transformation des organisations.
J'ai ensuite occupé des postes au niveau d'IBM Europe. D'abord en charge de proposer des solutions adaptées au secteur des PME, j'ai ensuite pris la responsabilté de l'entité dite SouthWest Europe (France, Italie, Espagne, Belgique, Pays-Bas, ...).
Souhaitant revenir à une plus grande proximité Client, je suis depuis 3 ans Delivery Project Executive de BP²I - BNP Paribas Partner for Innovation. BP²I est une Joint Venture entre BNP Paribas et IBM. Mon rôle est d'articuler la relation de partenariat centrée sur l'innovation, la transformation et la sécurité en démontrant la valeur ajoutée d'IBM pour BNP Paribas via leur filiale BP²I.
Bien avant cela j'ai occupé des postes de management et de développement de produits de Télécommunications pendant une quinzaine d'année.

    Bois-Colombes 2012 - maintenant Manage the relationship between BP²I - BNP Paribas Partner for Innovation - and IBM from
    the delivery perspective.
    * Lead infusion of IBM expertise, best practices and innovative solutions into BP²I in support of Steady State and Projects. Demonstrate IBM Added Value to BNP Paribas.
    * Manage the governance between IBM and BP²I with regards to : Quality of Services, Cost, Transformation, Security and Resources management.
    * Manage yearly delivery plan and support new engagements to BNP Paribas for BP²I France, BP²I Italy, BP²I Belgium and BP²I Switzerland.

  • IBM - Director, SO Delivery Europe, South West Region

    Bois-Colombes 2008 - 2011 For South West countries - France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Israel, Greece, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg:
    * Consolidate the financial results targeting Gross Profit Margin expansion by leading technical evolution and managing productivity through workload shifting to offshore locations.
    * Manage critical situations for the largest customers, identify pervasive issues and push to resolution aiming at a continuous improvement of QoS.
    * Meet with clients as a Delivery Executive in pre- and post-Sales phases providing insight on strategy, methodology and achievements. Sign-off solutions of major new South West deals- above $100M Total Contract Value.

  • IBM - Small & Medium Business Delivery Leader

    Bois-Colombes 2006 - 2008 Establish a specific European SMB delivery model, decreasing cost by 30% in average and
    deploy the new model. Investigate alternate delivery solutions (BP, affiliates, subcontractors).
    Build the related Marketing and Communication plan.

  • IBM - SO Delivery, Business Transformation Leader

    Bois-Colombes 2004 - 2006 Manage the Transformation of the French IT Services Delivery organisation.
    * Build French Transformation plan aligned with the European Transformation strategy,
    including resources and technical projects: off-shoring, virtualization, Data Centres resilience
    * Design the off-shoring methodology to be applied in every unit and promote it to European and Worldwide levels, leading to corporate adoption.
    * Manage the hiring plan in Czech Republic and Hungary and ramping up of offshore
    capabilities (500 equivalent headcounts in 2 years)
    * Reshape the France organisation, processes and tools to adapt to transformation and build personnel development plan accordingly
    * Develop and lead a comprehensive Change Management Plan covering clients relationship till internal support functions. Interface with Work Councils according to the legal process.

  • IBM - EBusiness Hosting Services Delivery Manager

    Bois-Colombes 1998 - 2004 Various positions at France or Europe level related to the IT trends at that time: outsourcing of Web sites, Messaging systems and ERP applications delivery. For all of them, creation of the Delivery Centres applying specific delivery and cost models while significantly growing the customers base, from zero to 60+ over this period, and consequently the size of the organisations, up to 620 heads in La Gaude in 2004.
    SO Delivery La Gaude manager in charge of the formal relationship with La Gaude Site management and Work Councils.

  • IBM - Networking Products Development Manager & Developer

    Bois-Colombes 1984 - 1998 Various positions from microcode developer to manager of architects in the La Gaude
    laboratory, working closely with the sister laboratory located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
