Recruitment and selection of Sales and Finance profiles:
• Identifying, screening and selecting resumes and candidates using databases, jobsites, direct search and personal network.
• Defining and posting job descriptions.
• Phonescreening and face-to-face interviews with candidates to assess soft skills.
• Follow-up of the entire recruitment procedure: organizing interviews, negotiating contract offers with both parties
• Account management of existing client portfolio and prospection of new potential clients
