Achievements :
- Improve purchased product quality: defect rate reduced from 15% down to <3% for casting parts (small batch orders) ; and lead-time for critical parts reduced from 45 down to 35 days and on time deliveries increased from 50% to 85%
- Purchasing is no longer the main cause of late deliveries in the company

From end 2012 till today: Chinese project manager of the supplies of equipments for the construction of a new wheat gluten dryer factory in the south of China.
