    - Ensure the necessary administrative support is provided to HR Business Partners and HR Managers
    - Provide expert advice relating to new and ongoing expatriations, short-term assignments and other cross border moves

    - Resolve disagreements and deal with requests for police deviation with HR Business Partners and HR Managers
    - Support global mobility projects aligned to the company strategy

    - Negotiate T&C’s with employees, issue salary projections, prepare contractual documents and calculate compensation including cost projections and assignment/expatriation packages;
