    SCHIEDAM 2015 - 2017 - Provide single point of coordination for all international relocation activities
    - Ensure the necessary administrative support is provided to HR Business Partners and HR Managers
    - Provide expert advice relating to new and ongoing expatriations, short-term assignments and other cross border moves
    - Give expert knowledge on process to HR Business Partners, HR Managers and Global Mobility Specialists
    - Work with key stakeholders to ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction, efficiency and compliance are delivered
    - Responsible for the co-ordination of others services, such as language, shipping, immigration requirements, travel arrangements and intercultural training
    - Conduct start and end of assignment employee briefings, providing information on related policies, benefits and package
    - Resolve disagreements and deal with requests for police deviation with HR Business Partners and HR Managers
    - Support global mobility projects aligned to the company strategy
    - Provide quality data to Monaco and Worldwide Payroll teams
    - Check contractual documents and some of the Worldwide Payroll elements (final settlement, payslips, information entered into Hypervision...)

    SCHIEDAM 2010 - 2015 - Act as principal point of contact for all assignees/expatriates with respect to International Mobility Group policies;
    - Negotiate T&C’s with employees, issue salary projections, prepare contractual documents and calculate compensation including cost projections and assignment/expatriation packages;
    - Assist in developing procedure and implement International Mobility Group policies;
    - Responsible for communication of Company information to employees;
    - Keep informed about the official benefits indexes interfacing with external providers;
    - Develop and maintain processes for accurate tracking of employees;
    - Support the team members and validate salary data inputted into the database.
