  • Coty - International Marketing Director

    Paris 2006 - 2013 Coty is a leading fragrance / beauty company with $4 billion annual sales.
    Lead the marketing development of Playboy, Lamborghini and Jovan fragrances globally, including localization into new markets; license, team and budget management.

    Relocated from New York to Paris office to lead the launch of new Playboy fragrance house globally. Championed the brand and built the success story market by market. Developed initial Playboy male and female fragrance marketing mixs, which resulted in top value market shares globally and early success in Bodyspray. Responsible for new development & category expansions.
    On Lamborghini house, also direct all global marketing including new product development, advertising, and expansion.
    Also lead global marketing for Jovan, with business concentration in U.S. and Latin America.
  • KRAFT FOODS - Brand Manager

    2001 - 2005 Largest food company in the U.S. with annual sales of $40 billion globally.

    Managed beverage businesses (Crystal Light, Capri Sun, Kool-Aid), including P&L's, cross-functional team, Associate Brand Managers.
    Led re-launch of CL RTD, including product quality improvements, new formats, packaging redesign, go-to-market strategy and marketing plan.
    Directed the early launch of Crystal Light On the Go (9/04), one of the company's most successful and incremental launches ($100MM sales YR1). Led large cross-functional team against an accelerated timeline, marketing mix and advertising.
    Led marketing efforts for factory move from Chicago to Mexico: team management, SKU-level forecasting, materials redesign (across 60+ SKU's).
    Assisted with new creative strategy and TV advertising.
    Directed product development and go-to-market strategy for new Hispanic sub-line; Winner of the Kraft Hispanic Advertising Award.
