  2012 - 2014 ILP is a company that is specialized in the industrial laser field. ILP distributes and promotes products for Co2 and solid state laser systems (optical components, cutting heads, fume extraction systems, filters, and other spare parts). ILP also has a team of service technicians who are able to assist our customers with their technical issues, who carry out field service / maintenance and retrofit laser machines on site too. The actions that I carried out were (mainly – but not limited to):
  
  - Developing a portfolio of national and international customers (analyze of their needs – assessment of business opportunities)
  - Analyzing market pricing positioning and sourcing market information
  - Establishing international relationships to develop new business and to create a network
  - Sourcing potential suppliers and developing the supplier panel
  - Negotiating sales and purchasing contracts
  - Identifying the potentially interesting products
  - Suggesting business development / modification axes
  - Recapturing customers (and assessing the reasons for which they weren’t working with ILP)
  - Preparing technical offers (with the technical department) – ensuring that the offer corresponds to the need and requirements

  - Knowledge of Sales Techniques and also knowledge of the products and customers
