    Villeneuve d'Ascq 2013 - maintenant Participating in the development of methods and the realization of tests which are subjected to a very rigorous quality system (Cofrac). I therefore have a rather concrete knowledge of quality and what it implies (procedures, team animations, audits, ...).

    Trained internally, I also carry out audits in the laboratories of our network. I had the chance to travel in Asia and Europe.

    The development of methods and the realization of tests brings me to collaborate regularly with several services present at Decathlon. I am in charge of various missions, management of consumables, equipment, training and support to lab teams in production countries, etc.

    "Study of the feasibility of grinding resolution"

    Research in the literature of molecules susceptible to resolution by grinding.
    Laboratory application in order to test the reproducibility of this protocole, to determine the parameters influencing the kinetics, with the aim of an extrapolation on an industrial scale (long term). Use of different analytical methods and equipments.

    2011 - 2011 Internship in the laboratory of transition metal chemistry and catalysis in the University of Ottawa (Canada).

    " New chromium catalysts for ethylene oligomerization "

    My main mission was to develop (synthesis and characterization) the chromium-based catalysts and to carry out efficiency tests on the oligomerization reaction of ethylene.

    Oligomerization of ethylene -> LLDPE (polymers present in the majority of present packaging)
