  • Presse Media 81 - Page Editor

    2007 - 2013 Outsourced Chief Sub Editor for the Irish Independent's Weekend magazine, responsible for sub editing and designing pages, overseeing designers and sub editors working on the magazine and daily liaison with the Dublin-based editorial team.

    I also assisted with sub-editing and proofreading on the Evening Herald tabloid plus Irish Independent and Sunday Independent supplements, including the broadsheet cultural review Living, glossy Life magazine, Day & Night entertainment guide and Farming.

    Previously responsible for overseeing production of the Health & Living and Property supplements.

  • EMR - Editor and Deputy Editor

    2003 - 2007 Editor of InsideOut magazine, a quarterly publication for SMEs, and Deputy Editor of X-Trax for Radio and EMR the Marketing Magazine, both monthly B2B titles. My roles involved feature research, interviewing figures at all levels in the business world and across the radio, newspaper and marketing industries, plus copywriting for advertorials.
