· 09/07-02/08 Employed as a Supply-chain project leader in the headquarters of Nestle France in Noisiel (France) to manage the introduction in 2009 of ten new ranges of infant formulae products compliant with EU directive 2006/141/CE. Worked with marketing, R&D and Nestle plants in Germany, Spain, Holland and Switzerland to ensure the right schedule of tests, production plans and distribution of the new products on the French Market.
· 07/06-12/06 Employed as a productivity project leader for a period of six months in the Service Sourcing Department of General Electric Healthcare in the Paris suburbs (department in charge of delivering service parts to customers to insure the maintenance of GEHC’s equipments on the field). Delivered full analysis on a portfolio of eight suppliers throughout Europe which allowed identifying supply-chain optimization opportunities; successfully achieved €700,000 savings (7% of total spend) by managing 150 parts transfers.
· 07/05-12/05 Employed as a trainee for a period of six months in the Procurement department of the European Aeronautics Defence and Space Company (EADS) headquarters in Paris. Managed the tenders, selected and monitored the suppliers (consulting companies mostly), implemented a new on-line catalogue on the company’s e-procurement tool.
