    2007 - 2009 May 2007-August 2009 Resourcing Analyst, HR Corporate – Luxembourg.

    Mission: Supported the creation, launch and deployment of the “Group Engineers Programme” aiming to recruit and develop through a specific career path hundreds of young graduated engineers worldwide.

    Sourcing
    - Carried out recruitments of Engineers (screening, interviews, career fairs, etc)
    - Developed an e-tool for external candidates to apply, in collaboration with the IT team
    - Coordinated local recruitment actions

    Training Programme
    - Designed of a learning path for this population, in collaboration with ArcelorMittal University
    - Coordinated implementation of this training programme

    Communication
    - Elaborated a communication plan both for external and internal targets
    - Created communication materials in collaboration Communication department

    Creation and coordination of the local HR network (Brazil, China, Romania, Poland, Spain, Czech, USA, Canada, etc)
    - “Sold” this programme to our internal customer
    - Assured follow up of this population and regular reporting on it (training status, sourcing status, etc)
    - Placed Group Engineer according to business needs
     Proposed and deployed continuous improvement for the Programme

    • In addition to my main mission, I took part actively in other Resourcing topics, such as: ArcelorMittal Employer Brand Project - Creation and development of a Group Induction Programme

    Neuilly-sur-Seine 2005 - 2006 Sept. 2005-Feb 2006 Michael Page International - Junior consultant – Paris, internship.

    • Worked on the whole recruitment process: defined job positions, analysed CVs, pre-selected applicants, conducted one-to one interviews, drafted post selection reports on clients. Worked both in French and English.
    • Carried out a salary study concerning the HR jobs.
    • Demonstrated very good organisational and communication skills in a wide range of missions.
