    2014 - 2016 Zaelis was my first entrepreneurial experience.
    It all started with a desire to work differently, to set up a project, work it, give it life, and challenge the statut of “Boss”. For this I chose a field of fashion, with a feature that was close to my heart, the young designers. Representing French entrepreneurship through my own project. And practice B to C trading, unlike my previous experiences. So I decided to create an online sales platform for creators’ textil products: Zaelis.

    The results: an extremely rewarding experience both the positive and the negative. Many difficulties improving my ability to relativize and to respond quickly and effectively. To make decisions with full knowledge of the facts, the only one responsible of my actions. A network that is enhanced like a great hydra, grouping various professions. Great memories and sharing. A unique life experience.

  • Innobiochips - Stagiaire

    2011 - 2011 6-month internship as part of my Master 2 Molecular and Cellular Engineering, Lille 1.

    Innobiochips is a Biotechnology company making customer services and internal product development (R & D)

    My internship consists in the elaboration of a polysaccharides microarray for detection of antibodies in sera.

    The development of the biochip consist in the manufacture of the support (the biochip), the optimization of the process, validation with negative and positive biological samples in order to identify immunological responses known.

    The aim of this work is to develop a diagnostic tool marketable.

    2010 - 2010 Mission conducted as part of my study validation.

    Writing protocols use software for creating interactions of genes and protein networks.

    - Understand and take ownership of the software,
    - Use the most appropriate depending on the search strategy used tracking research

    Mission supervised by a teacher.

    2009 - 2009 Testing the mutagenic effect of ribavirin on a defined part of the gene of hepatitis C

    - Treat the HCV infected or not exposed cells to ribavirin and recover the RNA of the HCV.
    - Transcribe the RNA into DNA and amplifying a fragment of target RNA using RT -PCR and primers .
    - Purification of the PCR results.
    - Ligation of the fragments into a plasmid and transformation of bacteria.Culture of the bacteria on agarose gel .
    - Recovery of bacteria containing the insert with the method of the X-galactosidase and purification by PCR .
    - Sequencing by the Sanger method with an automated sequencer and Secscape analysis software . Observation of mutations and recombination fragment.

    Acquisition of immunohistochemistry techniques and analysis of results
    Subject: Atherosclerosis.

    - Recovery of hearts of mice subjected to 4 different treatments to detect a more or less pronounced atherosclerosis and inclusion in OCT (special glue used for cryopreservation of tissues)
    - Cutting of heart valves at different level of the heart following a protocol specific cut.
    - Colouring cuts in 4 ways:
    hematoxylin (staining of tissues)
    Von Kossa (mass dyeing of calcium in tissues)
    Nitrotyrosine (staining of tissue oxidative stress)
    VCAM (highlight adhesion molecules of endothelial cells)
    - Quantifications and analysis.
    - Drafting of a report and oral presentation to the laboratory.
