  2010 - 2012 Development of Quality Management System, in particular for manufacturing, R&D, customer service and sales processes. Follow-up of non-conformities/customer complaints. Submission of regulatory files for FDA and Canada Health.

  2005 - 2008 Project management in ressources, planning and budget. Design of new lighting systems, including projectors and rear lights and 28 other references for 2 different vehicles, 125 M€ turnover. Technical interactions with all project actors, implying skills in mechanics (injected plastic), electrical and electronic, people management and suppliers management. Developpement of a new purchasing strategy, an optimized planning in rupture, and new technical specifications for quality performance.

  2001 - 2005 Main expertise interface about lighting systems for development project teams, vehicle in production teams, purchasing teams and innovative teams.
