-Headhunting strategy ;
-Writing and publishing of job offers;
-Selection of CV and applications;
-Sourcing through social media sites,
-Phone interviews with the candidates,
-Keeping the Consultants and the on-site recruiters abreast of the improvement of the process,
Daily use of english.
