With an experience on three continents (Asia, America, Europe) and a solid knowledge of markets and negotiation, I wish to continue my career in the packaging and new product development field within an international organization of FMCG .
I have been working in packaging and product development since I began my career in 1992 in Hong Kong. Since then, both in Canada from 1994 until 1999 and then back in France, I have been working as Purchasing Manager and/or Packaging Development Manager for products ranges going from cosmetics to food industry for brands such as Sanex, Monsavon, Senseo, Laboratoires Dr Renaud, Laboratoires Yves Ponroy. I am now Glass Purchasing Manager for Pont Europe, buying glass packaging in more than 12 countries in Asia, Middle East and Europe.
I use my wide knowledge of these various and different industries (high end cosmetics, foods, household and bodycare) as a transversal source of inspiration to create new packaging concepts.
My experience as purchasing manager also brings that “business” approach that helps driving the costs down from the start as well as bringing a project to its end. My internationaI packaging and purchasing background gives me the ability to easily communicate with marketing teams, packaging engineers or machine operators, as well as with different cultures from Asia to North America and the Middle East.
I prefer working as a project manager, and I like working in an international environment.
